Abstract: This paper presents a digital audio sampling rate conversion library that converts between arbitrary sampling frequencies. The library is implemented as a time-varying fractional delay filter with coefficients stored in a lookup table. It is designed for use by real-time applications and optimized for execution on Intel's StrongARM microprocessor.
