Abstract: This report describes the results of a little survey into variable pricing and multiple levels of service for the internet in a corporate environment. Sixty- eight (68) employees of HPLabs have completed a short online questionnaire about attitudes towards multiservice internet and paying for a better quality of service for shared network resources in the workplace.
