This page is an account of the research and technology transfers that the Photo-Video Research Project accomplished from 2002 to 2006.

Objective:

• Make multimedia easier and more fun to capture, organize, share and enjoy
• Jointly design Photo/Video pipeline and Video Print for optimal performance
• Lead the effort to unify multimedia metadata across HP for "better-together" interoperation
• Develop automatic film restoration technologies.
• Take personal content to the living room for browsing, sharing and printing
