Biography
I am a researcher in the Cloud and Security Lab researching on the Infrastructure as a Service architectures. My primary research focus is on the federation of cloud Infrastructures, data centers and Inter-cloud technologies. Prior to HP Labs, I was a Research Associate at the Centre for
Telecommunications Research, King's College London.
I received my PhD degree in Telecommunications and MSc degree
(Distinction) in Electronics Research from King's College London,
University of London. I hold a BE degree (First Class with
Distinction) in Computer Science and Engineering from PSG College of
Technology, India.

I am a research member of a number of European Commission projects such as AROMA , Self-NET, BonFIRE and SAIL . As a researcher , I am involved in the design, development and implementation of innovative architecture protocols for the Future Internet and Cloud. I was a project proposal team member of Self-NET.

- Operating Systems Architecture
- Cloud Computing Systems: cloud networks, federation,virtualisation and Inter-cloud
- Internet Protocol for future generation 4G systems and Future Internet: IPv6, Multi-homing, IP network architectures, IP mobility management, End-to-end Reconfigurability, Transport Protocols, Network Mobility, QoS
- Practical realization of advanced prototypes in research testbeds, seedbeds and demonstrators
- System and Kernel programming
- Network Stack development in Linux / UNIX OS
- Self-management and cognitive system: system architectures, autonomic networks and control loops
