65 University Professors Selected for HP Labs Innovation Research Awards in 2010
65 projects at 52 Institutions in 16 Countries to Receive Awards
Demonstrating our continuing commitment to collaborative research with leading universities worldwide, HP Labs is delighted to announce the results of the 2010 Innovation Research Program.
Based on an open, competitive call for proposals the Innovation Research Program (IRP) is designed to create opportunities for researchers around the world to engage in groundbreaking collaborative research with HP. In 2010 the IRP attracted 375 proposals from 323 researchers in 202 universities in 36 countries. After careful review by HP Labs scientists and technologists, 65 professors in 52 institutions in 16 counties have been selected to receive a 2010 HP Labs Innovation Research Award.
