Model-Based Diagnosis Applied to a Real Problem

Abstract: The application of model based techniques to a real life circuit diagnosis problem is investigated. The standard model based framework is extended to handle short circuits and precharged lines. The performance of the system under two different control regimes is measured, and encouraging results are presented concerning the scalability of the adopted approach.
