Biography

Zhikui received his Ph.D. degree  in Electrical Engineering/Control Systems from UCLA. He then joined HP Labs, working on automatic control and optimization problems in data centers. Zhikui is now a researcher in the Sustainable Ecosystem Research Group.

 

Research interests

Zhikui is interested in application of control theory and optimization techniques in data center management, including but not limited to pwerformance management, dynamic resource allocation, workload management, power management, cooling control and networking management.
