Hui-Man Hou

Biography

Huiman Hou is an Associate Research Scientist at the Web and Rich Content Technology Lab (HP Labs, China) directed by Dr. Min Wang, which focuses on the Web and rich content technology research, aiming to turn data on the Web and in organizations into valuable information. He is a member of Automated Publishing group in HP Labs, China lead by Dr. Conglei Yao.
He received Master and Bachelor degree from University of Science and Technology of China in 2007 and 2004, major in Signal and Information Processing. Prior to joining HP Labs China, he worked in VIA Technologies(China) from Jul. 2007 to Oct. 2008. Then he served as an implementation software engineer for HP Labs, China from Dec. 2008 to Mar. 2011 until he join the lab in Apr. 2011.
